Festive Shopping
Dear valued customer, as we approach the end of 2025, we would like to bring to your attention that MCarbon will be closing for a brief period over the Festive Season as from the 17th of December 2025 at 23:59 and will reopen on January 8th 2025. To ensure delivery before the 25th December 2025, Online orders must be placed by Wednesday 17th December. Please mark your calendars, as Wednesday 17th December is the last day to place online orders for Christmas delivery. After the 17th of December, our online store will remain open, and customers can still purchase online while we're closed, but deliveries will only commence when we reopen on January 8th, 2025. We want to express our gratitude for your loyal support and business. May your holiday be blessed with the love and warmth of family and friends. Nationwide (South Africa Only) for now.
We do not ship to PO Box addresses.
MCarbon will do everything we can on our side to ensure you receive your purchase quickly and in great condition. Processing takes up to 48 hrs from the time the order is received. Courier deliver can take 1 - 4 business working days.
Delivery time is dependent on your delivery address. For example JHB delivery is faster than CT.
Postage & packaging fee for the following provinces defer. Johannesburg R95 / Pretoria R105/ Cape Town R125 / KZN R115/ Outer Provinces R135 or free on all orders over R850 with code “FREEDEL” at checkout (excluding promo / sale periods).

Once your package leaves us, its care is out of our control and we will not be held responsible for any damages to your items or late deliveries.
We use a door to door delivery service which can take up to a week from order. Please note this courier service only works on business days. If the order is made on the weekend or a public holiday, the order will be sent out within 24 hrs of the next working day. If an item is out of stock at the time of order or damaged during processing we will notify you about this and arrange a refund.
PLEASE NOTE: Once an order has been confirmed it can no longer be amended.
Returns & Refunds
We aim to bring you the best quality fashion jewellery and take pride in the quality of our products and excellent value.
For hygiene reasons earrings may not be returned or exchanged unless faulty.
We do not offer a refund unless the item is faulty.
If you are unhappy with your ring or sunglasses purchase and would prefer something else, we will gladly arrange collection via courier and send you a store voucher or exchange the item to the same value but you will have to pay for the courier fee for your area of which will be subtracted from the credit total.
All items are individually checked before shipment to ensure there are no manufacturing defects. However, sometimes we may miss something. If your item(s) are defective they may be returned within 7 days of your order being delivered. A “Defective Product” is one which contains a material imperfection in the manufacture or design that renders the product less acceptable, useful or safe than reasonably expected, under the circumstances. If this is the case, we will gladly arrange collection via courier and send you a replacement at no cost to you.
All returns must be logged within 7 days of your order being delivered. The item(s) must be in a re-sellable condition and its original packaging, with labels attached. Please note that jewellery is fragile regardless of how it is made, if your item gets damaged whilst in your use then MCarbonSA is not liable to replace or refund it.
